How does a bio-fireplace work?
A bio-fireplace is an eco-friendly version of a traditional fireplace and can be used in any ventilated room of your house or apartment, as well as on balconies, terraces and in the garden. Its construction is resistant to high temperatures, making it safe to use.
Does a bio-fireplace need additional installation?
The bio-fireplace runs on liquid bio-ethanol based on ethyl alcohol. It does not require a chimney or electrical connection. This convenient solution lets you place the fireplace wherever you like.
Does a bio-fireplace produce heat?
A bio-fireplace is an excellent supplementary heat source, quickly raising the temperature by 2–3 °C. However, it should not be the primary heating solution. Match the fireplace size to your room for the best results—the perceived warmth varies with room size. In rooms of about 25 m², the temperature increase is noticeably comfortable.
Installing the bio-fireplace
Installing a wall-mounted bio-fireplace is straightforward and takes less than half an hour!*
The package includes all mounting parts such as wall rails and plugs. Fit the rails following the manual; they don’t span the full length of the fireplace to keep things ergonomic.
Hang the fireplace at least 50 cm away from flammable materials. Once mounted, place the burner into the housing opening.
*Time excludes any custom wall framing.

Our wall-mounted bio-fireplaces feature burners with a TÜV safety certificate issued by the respected TÜV Rheinland laboratory. The burner also has a double base and absorbent insert to prevent accidental fuel spills.
Each set comes with a snuffer, allowing you to extinguish the flame at any time.
A funnel is also included to make refilling bio-ethanol easy and clean.
Our products are completely safe, but never forget the basics!
– Never add bio-ethanol while the fireplace is burning.
– Refill only once the combustion chamber is completely cool.
– For extra safety, pour bio-ethanol from the bottle into a smaller container first, then dose directly from it into the fireplace.
