How does a biofireplace work?
A biofireplace is an ecological alternative to a traditional fireplace and can be used in any ventilated space in your home, as well as on balconies, terraces, and in gardens. Its construction is resistant to high temperatures, ensuring safe use.
Does a biofireplace require installation?
A biofireplace runs on biofuel based on ethyl alcohol. It does not require a chimney or electricity connection. This makes it a convenient solution that allows you to place it wherever you wish.
Does a biofireplace provide heat?
A biofireplace works great as an additional source of heat. It can raise the temperature in a room by 2–3 degrees in a short time. However, it should not be used as the main heat source. It's important to match the fireplace size to the room for optimal performance. Perceived temperature and warmth may vary depending on room size – for example, in a 25 m² room, the temperature increase will be noticeable.
Installing the biofireplace
Installing a freestanding biofireplace is simple and takes just a few moments!
The fireplace comes with all the necessary components. It should be placed at least 50 cm away from flammable materials.
Our products are completely safe – but don’t forget the basic safety rules!
- Never refill biofuel while the fireplace is burning
- Before refilling, make sure the combustion chamber is completely cool
- For increased safety, we recommend transferring the biofuel from the bottle into a smaller container, and then pouring it directly from that container into the fireplace
