How Does a Biofireplace Work?
A biofireplace is an eco-friendly version of a traditional fireplace that can be used in any ventilated room in your home, apartment, balcony, terrace, or garden. Its construction is resistant to high temperatures, making it safe to use.
Does a Biofireplace Require Additional Installation?
A biofireplace is fueled by bioethanol, which is based on ethyl alcohol. Therefore, it does not require connection to a chimney or electricity. This convenient solution allows you to place the fireplace wherever you want.
Does the Biofireplace Provide Heat?
A biofireplace works well as an additional heat source. It can raise the temperature by 2–3 degrees in a short time. However, keep in mind that it should not be the main heat source. It is important to match the size of the fireplace to the room to achieve the best results. The perceived warmth may vary depending on the room size. For rooms of about 25 m², the temperature increase will be noticeable.
Biofireplace Installation
Installing a free-standing biofireplace is simple and takes only a few moments!
The fireplace comes with all necessary installation components. It should be placed at least 50 cm away from flammable materials. After installation, insert the burner into the fireplace housing opening.
Our products are completely safe, but don't forget the basic safety rules!
- Do not pour biofuel into a burning fireplace
- Before refueling, ensure the combustion chamber is completely cool
- For increased safety, we recommend transferring the biofuel from the bottle into a smaller container, and then pouring directly from it into the fireplace
