How does a biofireplace work?
A biofireplace is an eco-friendly version of a traditional fireplace that can be used in any ventilated room in your home, apartment, or even on a balcony, terrace, or in the garden. Its construction is resistant to high temperatures, making it safe to use.
Does a biofireplace require installation?
The biofireplace is powered by biofuel based on ethyl alcohol. It does not require connection to a chimney or electricity. This makes it a convenient solution that allows you to place it wherever you want.
Does the biofireplace provide heat?
The biofireplace works well as an additional heat source to warm up rooms. It can increase the temperature by 2–3 degrees in a short time. However, it should not be treated as the main heat source. It is important to match the fireplace size to the room size for optimal performance. For example, in rooms of about 25 m², the temperature increase is noticeable.
Installing the biofireplace
Installing the freestanding biofireplace is simple and takes just a few minutes!
The fireplace comes with all necessary components. Place the unit at least 50 cm from flammable materials. After installation, insert the burner into the fireplace housing.
Our products are completely safe, but don’t forget the basic safety rules!
- Do not add biofuel to a burning fireplace
- Before refueling make sure the combustion chamber is completely cold
- For increased safety we recommend pouring the biofuel from the bottle into a smaller container, then using that to fill the fireplace
