Instead of a classic flywheel, ZW1600 has a water resistance system. Its adjustment consists in adding or pouring water from the tank. The resistance level is marked with 9 lines located on the side of the tank. The paddles in the tank are set at such an angle that the movement is very smooth. The advantage of the water rower is that, unlike classic trainers, it produces a pleasant sound of rushing water during exercise.
