With twice the optical magnification and speeds of up to 20 frames per second, you gain clear and fast registration of even the most complex shapes, while the 48MP RGB camera provides vivid, natural colour reproduction in 8K quality. The built-in 9-axis IMU stabilises every movement, eliminating blur, and the 180° tiltable 2K AMOLED screen allows you to intuitively view your progress in real time. With a four-step workflow (marker preparation, photography, point cloud calculation and capture, and processing and export), Miraco Plus streamlines prototyping and advanced design, offering the highest quality measurements without the need to hire additional services.

Innovative photogrammetric metrology

At the heart of Miraco Plus is an ultra-efficient photogrammetric metrology system that reduces the accumulation of errors in real time when connecting successive fragments of the point cloud. It is thanks to this system that even the most complex shapes, from impressive sculptures to small mechanical components, are reproduced with unparalleled consistency. With an accuracy of up to 0.04 mm per frame, you won't miss a single detail. Photogrammetric length accuracy of 0.02 mm + 0.05 mm × L (m) ensures that your model is true to actual dimensions.

From microscopic screws to large industrial objects

The Miraco Plus can easily handle both delicate pieces of jewellery and large automotive components or motorbikes. The 2x optical magnification allows you to focus on the finest details, and the capture speed of up to 20 frames per second means that even long objects will scan quickly and smoothly. Two operating modes (Single-shot and Continuous) adapt to your needs, no matter how complex the surface you are scanning.

Unsurpassed colour quality and stability

The built-in 48 MP RGB camera captures the full colour spectrum in 8K quality, so finished 3D models require no additional colour correction. Stabilisation based on the 9-axis IMU (Inertial Measurement Unit, a module that measures the acceleration and angular velocity of an object in space using accelerometers and gyroscopes) eliminates blurring and shake, even when you are working in the field or without a tripod. The large 2K AMOLED (Active-Matrix Organic Light-Emitting Diode, an advanced display technology that uses organic light-emitting diodes) screen, which tilts 180°, allows you to monitor scanning progress in real time and in any position.

Intuitive four-step workflow

The entire digitisation workflow is reduced to four simple steps, carried out without moving the data outside the device until the final export - the first step is preparation (deploy thefirst step is preparation (place the supplied tape measures, coded targets and markers on or around the object - these are the reference for the photogrammetric analysis), photography (take photos from different angles and heights until each fragment isangles and heights until every part of the object is in the frame), point cloud computation and capture (the Miraco Plus automatically recognises marker positions, merges the shots and creates a consistent point cloud), and processing and export (advanced software allows you to correct, filter and edit your model, then export the finished file to your desktop or cloud with a single click).
