Whisking is one of the oldest sauna treatments and has been an important part of bathing, self-care, and various rituals in the sauna.

Instructions:

Remove the birch whisk from its plastic packaging. Soak the whisk in warm water for about 40 minutes before use. After soaking, bring a water container filled with lukewarm water for the whisk into the sauna. The soaking water can be used as sauna steam water, providing a delightful fresh birch scent. After use, rinse the whisk lightly and hang it in a dry, cool place to dry. You can reuse the whisk by following the same instructions. Do not store the whisk on the sauna benches or stove.
