Training hooks are designed to relieve the hand while lifting a barbell, e.g. during a deadlift. The use of hooks increases the safety of training by protecting the trainee from lowering the barbell.
Hooks allow for more effective training of large muscle groups (e.g. back and spine muscles) by using heavier loads and more repetitions. Hooks help you perform additional series of exercises when your grip can no longer withstand the load and slips out of your hand.
Hooks can also be used when doing pull-ups on a bar.
Training hooks, in addition to allowing you to do more effective strength training, also protect your hands from calluses and webbing.

The hook handle is made of high-quality steel that provides resistance to bending and is covered with an anti-slip coating that increases comfort during training.
Gymnastic leather is used under the steel handle to protect your hands from pressure and abrasions.
Protection wrists
The hooks in the wrist area are covered with soft foam, the task of which is to stiffen the wrist and protect against pressure during exercises with heavy weights.
Strong polyester tape and strong Velcro ensure the stability of the hooks, preventing them from slipping during training.
