Why Cold Water Therapy?
Ice baths and cold water therapy have become an integral part of professional training and rehabilitation programs. Exposure to cold accelerates muscle regeneration, reducing inflammation and swelling that occur after intense physical exertion. Additionally, immersion in cold water improves blood circulation, strengthens the body's immunity, and helps reduce stress and muscle tension. Regular use of cold therapy can also improve sleep quality, increase energy levels, and support overall physical and mental health. It's no wonder that more and more athletes, physical therapists, and people who care about a healthy lifestyle are incorporating cold baths into their daily routine.
Bath Advantages:
✅ Constant Temperature Control – the ability to precisely set the water temperature (from 3°C to 40°C) allows you to customize the bath to your needs.
✅ Year-Round Use – regardless of the season, you can benefit from cold therapy anywhere – on the terrace, in the garden, or even indoors.
✅ Fast Cooling and Heating – the efficient cooling and heating system ensures a lightning-fast temperature change, so the bath is always ready for use.
✅ Compact and Elegant Design – the stylish wooden finish, black housing, and solid construction make the bath fit perfectly into any space.
✅ Ergonomic and Comfortable Interior – stainless steel, the wooden seat, and the insulating cover ensure comfortable use and a longer maintenance of water temperature.
✅ Easy Operation and WiFi Control – thanks to the intelligent touch panel and mobile app, you can control the temperature and start the bath remotely.
✅ Better Recovery and Immunity – regular ice baths contribute to stress reduction, improved circulation, accelerated muscle regeneration, and increased immunity.
✅ Durable and Safe Construction – solid stainless steel, thick insulating walls (15 mm), and a thermal cover (10 cm) minimize heat loss and protect against weather conditions.

How to Get the Benefits from an Ice Bath?
After an intense workout or simply general body wear and tear, there is a need to treat the limbs and joints, and professional athletes always use an ice bath.
Here’s how to get the maximum benefits from an ice bath - and you can too!
- Immediately after your workout (as quickly as possible), take an ice bath or have it prepared before you begin your exercise.
- Stay warm while preparing the ice bath. While you wait, double-up on clothes (consider a warm hat and even gloves!). We don’t want you to get cold before you get in the ice bath.
- Slide into the ice bath (and try to squeal like a child!). Consider keeping a top on to keep your upper body warm.
- Sit in it for about 5-10 minutes (some specialists recommend 12 minutes as the magic number, but don’t force yourself to sit for that long, you can gradually increase the time if it’s too cold at first).
- Sit up straight and extend your legs out in front of you to reduce joint swelling.
- When you are ready, get out of the ice bath, take off your top (if you chose to keep it on) and take a VERY SHORT lukewarm shower - from 30 seconds to 1 minute.
- Eat something (healthy sandwiches are perfect) and begin your post-exercise stretching. Some people prefer to stretch before the ice bath, it is entirely up to you and you should try both ways to find out what gives you the best results.
