DETAILED DESCRIPTION:

USA Acrylic

Each garden tub in our offer has a basin made of high-quality US acrylic. The coating from which the bathtubs are made is 100% acrylic without any additives, which means that it will not fade even after 10 years and is very resistant to all scratches. The thickness of the acrylic in our bathtubs is even several times greater than the coatings of other bathtubs offered on the market. The color of the acrylic, like the casing, can be selected from the color chart.

Nozzles

The nozzles are embedded in the acrylic, thanks to this application, when lying in the bathtub, you do not lie on the nozzles (as is the case with most bathtubs of this type) but on the acrylic. They will not press against the body during hydromassage, which ensures 100% satisfaction from bathing.

The jets in the bathtub are chrome-plated. You don't have to worry that these jets will become covered with scale. Each water jet has an aeration function, which consists in adding air to the water system, which increases the strength of the water massage. Aeration can be smoothly adjusted with a knob.

Most water jets can be turned off, which allows you to freely manipulate which parts of the body to massage and with what force. The jets found in SPA tubs are rotary, directional and point.

BALBOA Control

The BALBOA panel supports all functions in the tub, starting with starting the pumps, ozonation, lighting and ending with the heater. This is a US company that produces the highest quality parts for SPA tubs, including a controller that is completely failure-free and vandal-proof. The controller has two independent water heating modes, i.e. thanks to which you can easily manipulate the temperature inwater depending on your needs. After programming the appropriate filtration cycle, it starts the circulation pump, which passes the water through the filters and disinfects it.

The BALBOA controller can be expanded with a WiFi module, which will allow you to control the bathtub using an application on your phone.

Our bathtubs are equipped with a 3000 W flow water heater. Thanks to it, you can not only raise the water temperature but also maintain it at a constantly high level. The heater is an indispensable device when using the SPA.

The structure is made of stainless steel. The entire bathtub rests on a stable stainless steel frame, thanks to which the bathtub has a strong and durable supporting base, which is very important for larger bathtubs. The weight of such SPAs ranges from 250 kg to even 1500 kg in pools, and additionally, including the weight of water and people, it is a relatively large weight that requires solid support, which is why a good construction of the bathtub is so important.

Two ball valves are installed at the circulation pump and the heater, which can be closed and replaced in the event of a failure of a given part without the need to drain the water from the bathtubs.

The distributors and pumps have additional pipes that are connected to the drain. When draining the water from the bathtub, the water comes out of all the pipes by gravity and pumps without the need to blow through and unscrew the pumps.

Ozone generator is a special program that sterilizes the water so that both the bathtub and the water will be clean. This is a new and fast way to remove bacteria, algae, etc., the water does not need to be changed for up to 6 months.

UV lamp

It is possible to install a UV lamp for water treatment in SPA tubs. As sterilizers, they remove harmful substances from liquids and eliminate viruses and bacteria. Thanks to their use, you can obtain exceptionally clean water. The properties of UV lamps for water mean that they are used wherever it is necessary to use clean liquids. The combination of a lamp with an ozone generator creates a system that does not require the use of chemicals to maintain clean water in the SPA.

The bottom is made of polymer and was cast in one piece. The plate, on the other hand, is designed to create insulation from the ground, moisture and atmospheric factors. The bottom, casing and full insulation create something like a thermos, the heat is released for a very long time which results in low electricity consumption.

Steps

For bathtubs that have not been placed in a recess, it is possible to purchase steps in the color of the casing. They are made of the same material as the casing.

Thermal cover

We have a thermal cover for each SPA tub, which is made of high-quality materials. The cover is a complement to the bathtub, which closes it and does not cause heat loss to the atmosphere.

The full insulation of SPA bathtubs is made of polyurethane foam, it covers the entire bathtub basin with a thickness of about 15mm to 30mm, the casing and bottom of about 10mm to 15mm, this prevents heat loss, thanks to which the power consumption of the heater is limited.

Casing

The casing is made of high-quality weather-resistant plastic. Sunlight does not cause the casing to discolour. We have a range of colours that can be selected from the available colour chart.

Insulation standards for outdoor SPA tubs:

The polyurethane foam insulation of the basin is approximately 15 to 30 mm thick.

The casing frame is made of wood and the casing itself is made of high-quality plastic (insulation thickness on the casing elements is 30 mm)

The entire casing, including the bottom, is insulated with polyurethane foam approximately 10–15 mm thick.

Photo thermal imaging taken in winter at a temperature of about -6^o C. The tub is filled with water, ready for use, the external temperature of the casing and cover is about 0^o C. This indicates low heat loss.

The pumps and heater release heat under the tub and reduce the amount of heat released by the basin, which reduces power consumption.

The insulation of the bottom of the tub with polyurethane foam is more efficient and releases heat less into the atmosphere than foam with thermal insulation foil found in the competition. Foam with thermal insulation foil will not fill all the gaps as in the case of polyurethane foam, which tightly fills every free space, so that the heat of the water from the basin does not escape.

SPA Light

We are the only ones on the market to offer fiber optic bundles and underwater lighting in 7 different colors in our bathtubs. Fiber optics are definitely better quality than LED light, are completely failure-free and shine with a brighter light. These lights are a perfect solution that gives amazing experiences and creates the right atmosphere during bathing. Our lighting changes colors smoothly or it is possible to stop any color, providing even greater joy from hydromassage. Color types: red, blue, yellow, green, orange, purple, and white.

Color therapy is an unconventional therapeutic method that involves exposing a person's sense of sight to appropriate colors that calm, relax, or stimulate. When surrounded by different colors, you can have more energy for life and optimism.

MicroSilk additional option

MicroSilk® is a device that saturates water with micro bubbles. The system works as follows: the circulation pump sucks in water and mixes it with air, then the oxygen molecules are broken down into micro bubbles, which penetrate deep into the skin and remove dead skin. When MicroSilk® is turned on, the water turns white, like "milk". The skin rejuvenation function is provided by microbubbles, which, thanks to their properties, leave the skin as smooth as silk. The MicroSilk® pump is controlled by a separate button. This function can be adapted to any SPA tub. The price includes the above-mentioned device + installation. When the pearl bath is on, the water or air massage cannot be turned on.
