LS7206 HMS is a bench with a prayer bench, leg press and upper pulley, which is designed for training with a barbell, dumbbells and plates.

Functionality:

The equipment is equipped with height adjustment of stands, prayer bench, backrest, seat and press. The prayer bench can be easily converted into a high pulley, which allows you to exercise the muscles of the back, chest, arms, triceps, biceps, forearms, shoulder girdle and legs. The element (prayer bench or pulley) not used in a given exercise can be placed in one of the two handles located at the back of the bench.
