Topology Diaphragm technology

At the heart of the HE-R9 are large-diameter dynamic drivers that use the patented Topology Diaphragm. Special nanoparticles, applied to the diaphragm, allow precise control of how it vibrates, eliminating distortion and enriching each sound. The result is crystal clear highs, deep low frequencies and a wide soundstage. This is the result of years of HiFiMAN research into the properties of various nanomaterials.

Wireless transmission with Bluemini R2R module

The HE-R9 Wireless are supplied with the Bluemini R2R module, which takes wireless listening quality to the next level. With support for codecs such as LDAC, aptX HD, AAC and SBC, you can enjoy high-resolution sound. The Bluemini's built-in R2R DAC further enhances the sound quality, giving it analogue warmth and detail. The module allows instant pairing with Bluetooth devices, but it is worth bearing in mind that it is not iOS compatible, which may be important for Apple hardware users. Alternatively, you can use a 3.5mm audio cable (not included).
