How Does a Bio Fireplace Work?
A bio fireplace is an ecological type of traditional fireplace that can be used in any ventilated room in your home, in apartments, on balconies, terraces, and in gardens. Its construction is resistant to high temperatures, making the fireplace safe to use.
Does the bio fireplace require additional installation?
The bio fireplace is powered by biofuel based on ethyl alcohol. Therefore, it does not require connection to a chimney system or electricity. It is a convenient solution that allows you to freely place the bio fireplace anywhere.
Does the bio fireplace provide heat?
The bio fireplace works well as a source of additional heat to warm rooms. We can quickly raise the temperature by 2-3 degrees. However, it is important to remember that the bio fireplace should not be the main source of heat. It is important to match the size of the bio fireplace to the room to achieve optimal effects. The perceived temperature and warmth may vary depending on the size of the room. For example, for rooms about 25 m², the temperature increase will be noticeable.
Installing the Bio Fireplace
Installing the freestanding bio fireplace is simple and takes just a few moments!
The bio fireplace comes with all the necessary parts for assembly. The bio fireplace should be placed at least 50 cm away from flammable materials. After assembling, the burner should be placed in the bio fireplace housing opening.
Our products are completely safe, but don’t forget the basic safety rules!
- Do not refill biofuel while the bio fireplace is burning
- Before refilling make sure the combustion chamber is completely cold
- For increased safety we recommend pouring biofuel from the bottle into a smaller container, then dosing it directly from that container into the bio fireplace
