Exercise bench and 100 kg weight set

This workout bench and weight set is a combination of our KSSL110 bench and a set of weights, a barbell and dumbbells. The adjustable bench not only allows you to adjust the position in which you perform the exercise, but also allows you to make better use of additional elements of the set and more easily adapt the training to your individual needs.
The set with an exercise bench and weights up to 100kg includes:

• KSSL110 exercise bench with dip handles
• G001 Reinforced bar with star-shaped fasteners - 180cm
• G005Curl Z Bar reinforced with star-shaped fasteners - 120cm
• 2 dumbbells 38 cm (4 kg)
• 2 weights of 20 kg
• 2 x 10 kg weights
• 4 x 5 kg weights
• 4 x 2.5 kg weights
• 4 x 1.25 kg weights

One of the reasons for the solid construction is to ensure adequate safety during barbell exercises. This is made possible by two adjustable red brackets and two curved safety brackets welded to the structure. The red locking system prevents the supports from sliding, avoiding accidents.

The possibility of folding the backrest by 90 degrees makes the training bench ideal for home use. It saves a lot of space and is fast. The safety lock ensures that the device is not accidentally opened.
