CHD HMS are chrome-plated steel dumbbells. They are ideal for fitness classes and strength training.

Training with dumbbells allows you to engage more muscles, and therefore achieve better results. When exercising with CHD, we are forced to use stabilizing muscles, and also deep muscles in some exercises. Their shape allows for a very wide range of movement, while the profiled, precisely knurled handle prevents the hand from slipping. This guarantees a firm grip throughout the workout.

CHD are made of high-quality chrome coating, which provides high resistance to scratches and abrasion. They can be stored both on a stand and placed on the floor. Dumbbells, available in weight versions from 1 to 10 kg.
