The Olympic plates are made from 100% rubber granulate from truck tires that were post-production waste, meaning they were not used on the road. They have been designed for extreme use and are resistant to being thrown, bent, and cracked.

The diameter of each of the weights is 45 cm.

Thanks to this solution, when throwing the barbell, all the weights hit the ground at the same at the same time, distributing the impact energy over a larger surface.

Even weight distribution on the bar and the flexibility of the loads protect the floor and bar from damage when throwing the bar.
