The plates are made of the highest quality materials . Covered with a special, thick rubber that absorbs every impact - so that it does not destroy the ground when falling. CBR HMS plates achieve, depending on weight, from 75 to 96 points on the Shore scale . This means that these plates are much more durable than cheaper, rubberized plates available on the market.

Each plate is calibrated in weight and dimensions. This means that the weight of the disc must be within +0.5% and -0.5%. The colors of the plates assigned to each weight are in accordance with the technical requirements of the IWF, or International Weightlifting Federation. The internal diameter has been adapted to Olympic bars. Precise workmanship ensures the stability of the weight during intensive training.
