How to train on the SM125
- Knee raises: rest your forearms on the pads, keep your back against the backrest, brace your core. Lift joined knees to hip height, then lower under control. 3–4 sets of 8–15 reps.
- Straight leg raises: advanced variation. Keep the core braced and the lumbar spine neutral. 3–4 sets of 6–12 reps.
