Bicycle SM139 – outdoor training bike for cardio and leg strengthening
Bicycle SM139 is a bike simulator that engages the same muscle groups as riding a classic bicycle. During exercise, you strengthen your leg muscles while improving your cardiovascular fitness. Designed for permanent installation outdoors, it lets you “spin” in the fresh air year-round.
The InterAtletika SM139 is built on leading Ukrainian technologies and four principles: effectiveness, ease of use, safety, and reliability.
Applications
Outdoor gyms, parks and squares, residential areas, school and university campuses, warm-up zones by pitches and stadiums, rehabilitation and leisure centers.
Key benefits
- Low joint impact — the circular motion is gentle on knees, hips and spine; ideal for warm-ups and rehab programs.
- Cardio + leg strength — works the quads, hamstrings, glutes and calves; improves endurance and stamina.
- Outdoor training — permanent installation and outdoor durability encourage regular activity in the fresh air.
- No resistance adjustment — intuitive to use; set intensity via cadence, range of motion and workout time.
- Durability and safety — steel frame, powder coating, components resistant to corrosion, UV and impacts; stable base and anti-slip pedals.
- Low maintenance — easy cleaning and periodic checks of fasteners.
How to exercise – cycling (seated)
- Setup: sit comfortably, rest your hands lightly on the handlebar. Keep a neutral spine, relaxed shoulders and engaged core. Place your feet firmly on the pedals.
- Movement: pedal smoothly in a heel-to-toe rhythm, avoid swaying your torso. Breathe steadily.
- Protocol: 5–15 min easy ride for warm-up or 10–25 min cardio at a moderate pace. Progress by increasing time and cadence.
Tip: keep your knees aligned with your feet and avoid “collapsing” at the hips. Better to start slower and extend the time than go too fast for a short period.
Construction features
- Steel construction — high rigidity and stability for public use.
- Powder-coated finish — resistant to weather conditions and UV radiation.
- Outdoor design — for permanent mounting on a foundation in public spaces.
- Ergonomics — comfortable training position, anti-slip pedals, grips for precise control.
- No resistance adjustment — consistent, safe resistance for users of different levels.
